12. Obtain Bill of Lading or Airway Bill of Lading: Obtain formal proof of
transportation contract, i.e. Bill of Lading or Airway Bill of Lading from
shipping company or freight forwarder.
13. Cargo tracking: use the bill of lading number to track the status of
the cargo during transportation.
14. Cargo Insurance: Insure the cargo as needed to prevent loss or damage
during transportation.
15. Customs clearance at destination port: After the cargo arrives at the
destination port, customs clearance procedures will be carried out.
16. Delivery of goods: After customs clearance is completed, deliver the
goods to the consignee.
17. Document archiving: retain copies of all export documents for future
reference or audit.
18. Follow-up services: Provide after-sales services as needed, such as
return processing, customer feedback collection, etc.
